At Hilly's Garage, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.
## Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, installed, or damaged products
- Clearance or closeout items
- Gift cards
- Special-order or custom-order products
- Hazardous materials, fluids, oils, lubricants, and chemicals once opened
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@shophillysgarage.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
## Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@shophillysgarage.com and we will help arrange an exchange where available.
## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.
